My Story

My story is about having two problems and how I fixed them both forever. My problems were I didn’t have enough time and I didn’t have enough money. I was always working, always wondering why I was broke.

So, I decided to fix both problems. The first step was becoming a multi-millionaire. I spent one year educating myself on what to do and three years doing it. So it took me four years to become a multi-millionaire from the moment of my decision. The second step was to get my time back. I reduced my working week while increasing my income at the same time. This took another three years. In total: seven years to become a multi-millionaire with a good work-life balance.

There is nothing special about me. Anyone can do what I have done - if they follow the MIA Wealth Formula TM that I teach. The Formula is based on what I learned during interviews and personal time I spent with multi-millionaires. I used it to create my own fortune. This stuff works.

I started my wealth journey in 2005 when I bought my first investment property. Now I have a portfolio of companies that provide income while I sleep, while I golf, while I dive, while I ski, while I play with my children, while I do whatever I want. In just seven years I got money and time sorted.

Now I am time rich and cash rich. This is what I teach to others. Life with plenty of time and plenty of money is delightful. You get to decide what to do and when. You are not limited by having to turn up to work for a boss or for your own demanding business. You are not limited by the cost of things. Your life is your own to do with as you please.

When I started my wealth journey I was totally focused on achieving my goals. I failed. My goal was to buy 400 properties. I only bought 133 properties. Strangely this was exactly one third of my goal. But it was enough to make me my fortune.

My property portfolio was built in a short space of time (three years) by helping people. I thought I was buying properties but what I was actually doing was solving problems for people. I was rewarded in proportion to the value I was bringing to other peoples’ lives. There are people all over the world with difficulties that need solving. If you solve these difficulties they will pay you.

Think about money. Why do we spend money? It is because whatever money we spend seems to have greater value to us than keeping that money for ourselves. We spend money because it seems like a good deal. Therefore, if you become a Master Problem Solver, and seek people with a specific type of problem and solve it for them, then they will pay you for it. The solution to their problem is worth more to them than their money.

So, like I say, if you like helping people and making lots of money, you are a kindred spirit. I hope to meet you one day.
